Distortion of the Logo Icon

Placed on the Edit menu of Folder Icon X, Distortion commands allow users to manipulate the logo icons to match with the shape of folder or disk icons. The distortion options of the Distortion submenu can be saved for future use by the Save Current Setting command of the Edit menu.

Three built-in distortion options are now available, i.e (see illustration below).

• Regular Dimension : no distortion is applied to the logo icon
• Set Skew Icon : apply distortion for standard Mac OS X folder icon
• Set Disk Perspective : apply distortion for standard Mac OS X disk icon
